Wii took the video game world by storm a few years ago when it was first introduced and never looked back. Many gamers had just purchased an Xbox 360 or a Playstation 3 and were so enamored by the game that they ran out and purchased this game system as well. That may have actually been the biggest compliment of all. Gamers have a tendency to be very loyal to their systems, and the fact that they even played the games spoke volumes as to its quality. This season the Wii Sports Resort will surely be the hottest new game for the Wii.
Christmas is obviously in the middle of the winter and everyone gets the winter time blues. The Wii Sports Resort may not be an actual trip to some majestic tropical island, but it will at least allow you to have all of the fun that is available on the one of those trips. If you have yet to play a Wii sports game, this is definitely one that should not be missed.
The great thing about the Wii is that unlike the other game systems where you just sit on the couch and push buttons, you are forced to get involved and actually simulate the movements of the action on screen in order to be able to compete. It is a one-of-a-kind experience that other systems have tried to duplicate, but always come up short.
While many game systems are aimed at the kids, this is one that everyone will surely enjoy. Mom and dad are going to have just as much fun ripping around on the jetski as the kids are. The Wii Motion Plus is needed for the use of the game and one Wii Motion Plus is included in with the game. For multi-player action, an additional Wii Motion Plus will have to be purchased if you don’t already have one.
